● Deliver weekly and monthly sales targets by meeting and converting assigned leads.

● Meet and Pitch Rupeek’s offerings to potential customers.

● Build trust by handling customer objections.

● Flawless execution of SOP while on the field.

[ads id="ads1"] 

● Build long term relationship with HNI customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

● Co-ordinate with Central team to resolve issues in on-going transactions.

● Share local insights from the field to the central team.

[ads id="ads1"] 

● Demonstrates strong rigor and ability to sell a difficult product in a B2C set up with a Target driven mindset Other skills.

● Presentation- Persona should invoke trust.

[ads id="ads1"] 

● Communication:- Fluency in local language Hindi, Marathi and Basic English.

● Basic mathematics calculations.

● Graduate with 3-5 years of B2C Field Sales.

[ads id="ads1"] 

● Fixed Salary:-25000 In Hand+ Daily 200rs DA (5200 Monthly)+Good INCENTIVES+5 lacs group family members insurance.
